Fidalab was pleased to be both a sponsor and present continuing education at the Washington Dental Hygiene’s Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates Octoboer 14-16, 2016 at the Bellevue Embassy Suites.
Fidalab’s co-founder Dr. Quinne Feng and team member, Blake Crockett presented a well-attended and highly engaged Lunch & Learn on the topic of Oral HPV screening. Over 130 of the 150 delegates in attendance earned 1 CEU, as they learned about oral HPV, how it is over time the cause of certain forms of oral cancer, and most importantly how proactively screening for HPV can make a significant difference.
In addition to the Saturday afternoon Lunch & Learn, Fidalab also helped to sponsor the evening reception just prior to the President’s Dinner & Gala.
Fidalab appreciates the important and significant role that dental hygienists have in patient acceptance of new and innovative methods for oral cancer screenings and is looking forward to the continuing education offering and planning for the April 2017 Symposium.
