Thank goodness for my physician and FidaLab. Recently my husband had a flight booked to see an ailing relative in Europe and at the last moment found out that he would need a negative COVID test for his flight. My physician found FidaLab and the FidaLab team made sure that the test results were released in time for the flight. My husband was able to make his flight and see his aunt before she passed away. We can't thank them enough!

Last week we had all of our residents and staff tested. We used FidaLab to do our lab results. They provided us with the test kits Monday night and after we tested 84 people on Tuesday, the samples were picked up and taken to the lab. They were processed and we received the results in less than 24 hours. They were professional and efficient and their communication methods have been clear and quite thorough. They were able to handle a volume of 84 tests as well as they did with one or two. I strongly recommend using them to assist with testing should you find yourself or someone you know in need of their services.

 I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank FidaLab for their superior customer service and response time to urgent Covid testing. The ability for FidaLab to process samples same day or within 24-48 hours has been instrumental at allowing our clinicians to return to work swiftly. We serve the geriatric population who are medically very compromised so getting our staff tested upon a Covid exposure and cleared to return to work quickly has been very valuable. We have not been able to find the level of customer service and response time from any other lab in the greater King or Pierce County area.
