Thank goodness for my physician and FidaLab. Recently my husband had a flight booked to see an ailing relative in Europe and at the last moment found out that he would need a negative COVID test for his flight. My physician found FidaLab and the FidaLab team made sure that the test results were released in time for the flight. My husband was able to make his flight and see his aunt before she passed away. Last week we had all of our residents and staff tested. We used FidaLab to do our lab results. They provided us with the test kits Monday night and after we tested 84 people on Tuesday, the samples were picked up and taken to the lab. They were processed and we received the results in less than 24 hours. They were professional and efficient and their communication methods have been clear and quite thorough. They were able to handle a volume of 84 tests as well as they did with one or two. I strongly recommend using them to assist with testing should you find yourself or someone you know in need of their services.
